Sugarloaf prides itself on creating a vibrant, family-friendly environment that stimulates all senses. Part of what makes our art and craft shows so unique and well-attended is our team of regular performers. Musicians and entertainers set up shop throughout the Sugarloaf festival location and perform at varying intervals during the weekend. As part of the Sugarloaf family, these performers are hand-picked and subject to our juried participant selection process, so you can expect only the most skilled and enjoyable music and entertainment when you visit every one of our 11 Sugarloaf Craft Festivals.

Each festival hosts a wide variety of performance-based artists, including jazz ensembles, singer/songwriters, folk singers, classical musicians, instrumental groups and much more. Additionally, we almost always host kids’ entertainers, including family-friendly bands and music, magic shows, puppet shows and even youth craft demonstrations. Whether you’re a devoted jazz fan or are looking for a great way to entertain the kids in-between booth visits, Sugarloaf ensures quality entertainment every day of the festival. From soothing instrumental sounds to eye-catching performance acts that draw a crowd, Sugarloaf offers something for everyone.

Music and performance is part of what makes each Sugarloaf Craft Festival in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey so unique. These performers are selected to suit our one-of-a-kind, maker-focused environment and bring an element of excitement and fun to the craft show experience. We welcome all sorts of musicians and entertainments to apply to perform at Sugarloaf, and hope that our visitors enjoy the wide breadth of genres and performance art that we’re able to offer.
