Sugarloaf Mountain Works is pleased to announce two new shows for fall 2008. As markets around the country mature we all need to be looking for new venues. Sugarloaf carefully researches the demographics and sites to bring you the best locations in the best markets. Now all we need is your support to get these shows started.
As we have seen in many other markets, new shows need to start with the best exhibitors to give the audience a true view of what Sugarloaf shows offer. As always, your success and ours is forever linked. Don’t miss your chance to establish customers that will be buyers for many years to come. Here are brief descriptions of each site.

Wilmington, DE
 Chase Center on the Riverfront - this new indoor show is located minutes from I-95 and I-495 on the revitalized riverfront in Wilmington. With no sales taxes, this Delaware show is sure to draw many of our faithful customers in the Philadelphia market as well as those in greater Wilmington. Join us the last weekend of September 2008 for this exciting new show.
Atlanta, GA
 Cobb Galleria Center - this show is held in a beautiful expo center located right on Atlanta’s beltway. There is easy access from Buckhead, Roswell, Alpharetta, Marietta and virtually all the affluent northern Atlanta suburbs. Plenty of free parking is available on site. Join us the first weekend of December to establish your regular customers in this rapidly growing American city.

Jurying for all Fall 2008 shows begins Jan. 4, 2008
Please note that applying early insures the best opportunity of getting into our shows.
|
|
|
Jurying will be done by category in this order:
1) Leather, 2) Pottery, 3) Jewelry, 4) Metal, 5) Photography,
6) Wood, 7) Fine Arts, 8) Glass, 9) Textiles, 10) Miscellaneous.
|
|
|
In Manassas and Gaithersburg, applicants may be moved to other locations when accepted. Anyone moved will be able to cancel with a full refund.
|
|
|
No full refunds will be given after the acceptance notice is sent except as noted above. See back of contract for details on partial refunds.
|
|
|
Slides of all applicants will be returned.
|
|
|
Checks will be returned to applicants not accepted.
|
|
|
Corner spaces are not guaranteed. Those not getting their request will get a refund of the corner fee with their space assignment.
|
|
|
We charge a $35 fee each time a check is returned by your bank.
|
|
|

Artists who want to submit digital images for jurying can now apply to Sugarloaf’s spring shows online at Zapplication.org. We still welcome and encourage you to apply by mail with regular slides using our printed application.
