AREA

Montgomery County, MD is one of the nation’s wealthiest counties with high household income and a population just under one million. Gaithersburg is ten miles from downtown Washington, D.C. just off the I-270 High Tech Corridor. The population is well educated and the major industries are computers, Internet, and biotech.

FACILITY

Montgomery County Fairgrounds features indoor heated buildings, barns with half sides and outdoor spaces. There is plenty of free parking on this 64-acre site. Camping is permitted at an additional fee. The food at this show is great. Over 25 food stands featuring a wide variety of quality food helps to make this show fun for exhibitors and patrons alike.

Now one of the largest craft festivals on the east coast, this is where it all started for Sugarloaf in 1976! People here love fine art and quality crafts and show it by buying.
