GAITHERSBURG, MD – Take a spring weekend and dedicate it to art. Check out the Spring 2017 Gaithersburg Sugarloaf Craft Festival at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds April 21-23.
Explore thousands of homemade wares from over 250 vetted artisans. Like all Sugarloaf Craft Festivals, this juried show features not only some of the top artists in their class but also fresh, emerging artists leading the latest trends in fashion, jewelry and fine art. Shop unique creations in mediums like pottery, sculpture, glass, jewelry, fashion, home décor, furniture, photography and more.
At Sugarloaf Festivals, you don’t just look at the art, you experience it as well. Get to know the artists face-to-face to learn about their creative processes, or attend a live demonstration or workshop to see how it’s done. Enjoy live tunes from local musicians, or settle the kids down for Middle Earth’s costume storytelling. Don’t forget to grab a nibble from one of the dozens of specialty food purveyors offering their tasty treats for sampling and purchasing.
With so much art, music, food and more, the Gaithersburg Sugarloaf Craft Festival truly has something for the whole family.
